Night shift is a casual thing in the modern world for both male and female. Many people have been sleeping in the morning and have been working at night shift since the IT industry is paying a high salary than the other time,and giving more benefits. But a psychologist has researched and reveal that Working night shifts disrupts the body’s circadian rhythm, and it may raise the risk of cancer development.
During the deep sleep only the hormone called “melatonin” will ooze in our body. This hormone brings many benefits to our body. No medicine can supply it, you can only achieve it during night sleep.
It is found that shift work may raise cancer risk by suppressing production of melatonin, involved in the circadian rhythm. These hormones ooze less those who work at night. Natural melatonin levels slowly drop with age. Some older adults make very small amounts of it or none at all.
